After making it through the pandemic and the tough times on the UK high street, we’ve adapted and optimised our operations. We’ve also launched a new website to better serve our customers in this ever-changing landscape.
2019
In early 2019, we expanded our reach by opening a new branch in central London. This larger outlet allowed us to significantly grow our customer database, tripling the number of people we serve within the vaping community.
2014
Due to our rapid business growth, we decided to open a brick-and-mortar shop in Hammersmith, London, to provide better service to our customers. Back then, e-cigarettes were still a novel concept for many, which led to the creation of Shopecigarette Ltd. and in-person support.
2012
It started as a small venture. Initially, we sourced products directly from China and partnered with UK wholesaler Truvape. Over time, we expanded our e-liquid range, importing from countries like France, Canada, the USA, and Poland.
