What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you complete a Customer Profile Form or communicate with us via e-mail, letter or phone, we receive and store the information you’ve provided. This information is necessary, including name, address, mobile or landline numbers, e-mail address. We use this information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, communicating with you, and processing your orders.
Reviews
When visitors leave reviews on the site, we collect the data shown in the review form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data
All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. Your personal information is only accessible to a limited number of people who are given a password to gain access to the data. We audit our security systems and processes regularly. In the case of a personal data breach, we will inform the controller of all affected parties. This shall occur without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it.

E-liquids and vaping products can be only sold to adult smokers of legal smoking age.
Shopec.uk does not intentionally collect or solicit personal information from or about children or anyone under the age of 18. If we discover we have received any information from an individual under the age of 18 and in violation of this Policy, we will delete that information immediately.
